Sandhya joined Thomson Reuters is the Director of Talent & Development for the Middle East, Africa & Russia/CIS (MAR) region. She has worked in Talent & Development, Learning and Organizational Development, Business development, Sales Excellence and Operations, with various multinational, global organizations such as Verint Systems, USA,  ADP, Canada, US National Guard, Bank of Montreal in Canada and United States, HRPA Canada.

Sandhya won various awards for innovation, performance excellence, people development solutions, and program execution. Earlier on in her career in UAE, She has also worked under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, developing strategy and programs to elevate the knowledge and skills of Emiratis across U.A.E., helping realize the ruler's vision of transitioning to a knowledge-based economy from a purely oil-based economy.
Sandhya holds a Master’s degree in Training & Performance Improvement, as well as Bachelors in Computer Science and a Bachelors in Education.
